Press Brake Operator

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:45a-4:15p. Overtime Fridays as needed.

Lingo Staffing is hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a leading manufacturing partner in Roanoke, VA!

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled trades professionals with Fluxcore welding and fabrication experience who are looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and run CNC press brake
• Identify different thickness and grade material to ensure proper die set up
• Use measurement devices such as tape measures, calipers, angle finders
• Safe operation of overhead crane to move material from pallets to the press brake table
• Properly transact work orders to capture labor and costs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for self and coworkers

Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Experience using tools in a manufacturing or production setting
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
