Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday & Sunday Off)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join a busy restaurant in Dahlonega, GA. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while supporting the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces.
* Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
* Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
* Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
* Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries as needed.
* Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other assigned duties.
* Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
* Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
* Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Must be able to work the scheduled shift, including Saturdays.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
