Lingo Staffing is Hiring: CNC Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Cuyahoga Falls, OH Start ASAP!

CNC Machine Operator for a 3rd Shift – Responsible for operating CNC machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.50 Hourly
• 3rd Shift- Monday – Friday: 10:00PM – 6:00AM
• Overtime may be required as needed

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Previous CNC Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
