Location: Shelton, CT
Pay: $19-21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift 5:30am – 4:00pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grinding Department Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic manufacturing experience who is looking to build skills and grow within a company.

This role does not require advanced technical skills, but accuracy, consistency, and a strong work ethic are essential. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be trained on additional processes and take on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding equipment to finish parts to required specifications
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Follow work instructions and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support other departments as needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new processes
