Production Operator

Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring: Production Operator – Digital Printing Facility (Warrendale, PA)

Production Operator – Will operate and maintain cutting equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality output while meeting production schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment.

Pay & Scheduled:

• $17/hour
• 1^st Shift and 3^rd Shift Available 
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials into cutting equipment and monitor operations throughout the process
• Perform precise cutting and trimming based on job specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
• Unload completed work and prepared for the next production stage
• Set up and calibrate cutting equipment as required
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Package finished products and prepared shipping documentation
• Utilize internal production and management systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience with cutting machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work assigned shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation (No BUS Line)
• Flexible availability
