Job Description
Job Title: Solder Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM With Some Overtime.
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Job Summary:
Solderer responsible for performing basic soldering and assembly work on components according to instructions and quality standards. This role involves working with small parts, following work orders, and maintaining a clean workstation.
Responsibilities:

Perform basic soldering on components and assemblies

Assemble parts according to work instructions

Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy

Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

Prior soldering experience preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work with small components

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
