Job Description
Quality Inspector DIRECT HIRE First shift plus overtime $23.00 + based on experience. Benefits: • 85% paid premium • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
Duties: - Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Profilometers and gauges First and last article of inspection in Rubber and steel industry - Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. - Communicate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. Qualifications: - Computer experience - Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred. - Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on data analysis.
