Job Description
Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welders/Fabricators in the Largo, FL area to start ASAP!
Welders/Fabricators – Will need the knowledge/installation of service bodies, platforms, dumps, and van packages in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.
Pay rate: $20.00 hourly
Scheduled:
- Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM Shift
- Must be able to work weekends & overtime
Job Requirements & Duties:
- Welding skills are required and must past welding test.
- You must have experience working with saws, drills, air hammers, and tape measures.
- You will be working with building small structures in a factory setting.
- This is a fast-paced job opportunity, but a great opportunity to learn team-building skills.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work-related instructions.
- Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
- Inspect equipment to maintain functional equipment if any equipment needs repairs to notify the supervisor/lead or maintenance
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks, such as
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Able to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams
- Attention to detail in every aspect of the job
- Prefers working in a team environment
- Works and promotes a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer-focused, quality-minded, and productive

- Experience in the automotive industry
