Position: Welder / Sandblaster Direct hire Schedule: First Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Barberton Pay: $23Join a great company that values hard work, offers excellent benefits, and provides a positive work environment!Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual with basic welding and sandblasting experience to join our team on first shift. This is a full-time opportunity with no weekend work, a supportive team culture, and strong long-term potential. Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic welding (MIG)
Sandblast parts and components to prepare for finishing
Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Assist in other shop duties as needed
Requirements:
Basic welding experience required (on-the-job or vocational training accepted)
Experience in sandblasting/Painting or willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Positive attitude and team player
