Job Description
Lingo Staffing is currently seeking Manufacturing Specialists to join our growing production team in Taylor, TX. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist Location: Taylor, TX Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Starting Pay: $18.00-$22.00/Hr DOEKey Responsibilities:
Review daily production schedules and prioritize tasks
Log and process orders using specialized programming software
Operate manufacturing equipment such as lasers, routers, and water jets
Use finishing equipment, hand tools, and paint sprayers to complete jobs
Package finished goods and process shipments using shipping software
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the department lead or manager
Physical Requirements:This position involves a mix of standing, lifting, and equipment operation. The breakdown includes:
Standing, Sitting, Walking, Twisting, Lifting, Climbing, and Squatting/Bending
