Lingo Staffing is looking to hire multiple second shift experienced general warehouse workers for a reputable plumbing supply company in Middletown, CT! Hours: 2nd shift, Monday-FridayPay: $18-20/hr The responsibilities of the General Warehouse workers are:-Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products throughout the warehouse-Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications-Use RF scanners to track inventory, manage order fulfillment, and ensure accurate shipments-Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments-Prepare and stage outgoing shipments per shipping guidelines-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment-Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed-Follow all company safety procedures and protocols The requirements of the General Warehouse workers are:-2+ year of experience in a warehouse environment-Forklift experience-Proficiency using RF scanners and basic warehouse technology-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team-Experience with shipping and receiving processes-Knowledge of basic warehouse management systems-Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms-Reliable transportation-Proven reliability with prior work experience-Background/drug testing required ( including THC)
