Job Description
NOW HIRING: Bilingual Floor Supervisor – Great Pay & Full-Time Hours! Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime on weekdays and weekends. Salary: 50k/year Area: Indianapolis Responsibilities:· Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.· Train and support team members on proper procedures and safety protocols.· Oversee loading, unloading, and organizing goods throughout the warehouse.· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to assist as needed.· Monitor productivity and quality, addressing any challenges that arise.· Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of warehouse activities.· Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.· Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.· Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Must be able to speak english and spanish
Previous warehouse experience required; supervisory experience is a plus.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking throughout the shift.
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on efficiency and safety.
