We are currently hiring a Seasonal Operations Manager for our client’s warehouse facility in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, seasonal position working in a fast-paced distribution environment.Position Summary: The Seasonal Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading shift teams, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and staffing.
Lead and manage warehouse associates to achieve operational goals and maintain high-performance levels.
Monitor workflow and adjust labor resources as needed to meet deadlines and production demands.
Enforce company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on shift performance.
Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to resolve operational challenges in real-time.
Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse leadership or management experience required.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work first or second shift, as well as required overtime.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership or operations experience.
