Job Description

Seeking an experienced administrative professional for a full time temporary to permanent Warehouse Admin role with a local manufacturer and distribution location in the Metro Richmond area. This position assists in the office and the warehouse as needed. Will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with Accounts Payable and general office duties. You will also help the warehouse manager as needed with checking in items, packing items, and preparing labels for shipment. The qualifications for this job are as follows:
Warehouse Admin Requirements
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years administrative experience. (Accounts payable experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. and move throughout the office and warehouse.
