Lingos Staffing is now hiring Vacation Relief Dairy Plant Worker
Payrate: $18 per hour then $3 raise after 90 daysSchedule: 6:00am – 6:00pm then scheduled as needed
Duties- This role takes on different schedules and roles to fill gaps left by people on vacation. While that may seem daunting, you have ATLEAST a 2-week heads up for what that shift will be. When openings happen in the plant, you are given preference as you understand so many different roles and departments. Some days the work will revolve around loading or unloading trucks. Other days it will be working in production.  
Job Requirements:- Have a FLEXIBLE personal schedule to accommodate schedule changes based on vacations scheduled 
- Be able to bend, twist, and lift for the entire duration of the shift 
- Basic math skills 
- Be able to read and write English 
- Be able to be given precise directions and follow those directions independently 
- Must be able to pass a lifetime background check and a 10 panel drug screen
