Lingo Staffing, Inc. is hiring Production Assembly workers in North Austin! If you have a background in manufacturing and are seeking a long-term career opportunity with growth opportunities, this is the role for you! Pay rate: $17/hrShift: 1st Purpose and Scope of ResponsibilityOperate manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.Responsibilities
Operate equipment to produce parts or components according to specifications.
Follow written and verbal instructions to achieve production goals.
Maintain production pace to meet established targets.
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
Cross-train in multiple work centers to support operational flexibility.
Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Support and maintain IATF16949 standards, understanding the impact of non-compliance on product/process quality and customer satisfaction.
Education, Background, and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work with metric measurements and interpret basic production data to make informed decisions regarding quality and production issues.
Dependable, team-oriented, and demonstrates a high sense of responsibility.
