Warehouse Administrator (Shipping & Receiving)
Location: Park 100 Area – Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role works closely with Customer Service, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipments are scheduled on time.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process daily orders and print shipping batches
  • Schedule shipments using a Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Coordinate pickups and communication with carriers
  • Partner with Customer Service to resolve shipping issues
  • Check drivers in/out and assist with loading and receiving operations
  • Audit truckloads, apply seals, and complete shipment documentation

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience with RF scanners / RFGen guns
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • ERP experience (JD Edwards a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift
