Now hiring: Warehouse Administrator (Shipping & Receiving Coordinator)
Pay: $18/hr Location: Park 100 area, Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift
Job Responsibilities:
• Order Picking (20%) – Review daily and late orders, print batches, organize by transportation mode, and
schedule shipments in the Transportation Management System.
• Shipment Resolution (30%) – Partner with Customer Service to resolve shipping issues, monitor plant email,
and respond to shipment inquiries.
• Scheduling (20%) – Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and ensure smooth loading transitions.
• Loading & Receiving (30%) – Direct drivers, check in/out carriers, coordinate loading/unloading, audit
truckloads, apply seals, and invoice completed orders.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years warehouse experience required.
• Forklift operation experience (safely).
• Comfortable with RFGen Gun use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
• Must pass pre-employment physical.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand most of the day (80%).
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, or crawling
