We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead my clients supply chain operations. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement and inventory management. Lead and mentor a team of three, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes. Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and maintain strong relationships. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular counts. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude. Experience with inventory management software and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
