In this role, you will support essential mail processing operations by sorting and organizing mail efficiently in a high-volume environment. Sort incoming and outgoing mail both manually and using automated machines
Operate mail sorting equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines
Organize, label, and package mail accurately for distribution
Stack, bundle, and transport trays and mail containers
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in a warehouse, mailroom, or production environment is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for long periods
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Able to work independently and in a team setting
Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedule as needed
