Job Description

Lingo Staffing is looking to hire multiple temp workers to assist with snow removal at a company located in Orange, CT!

Pay: $20/hour
Hours: Weather Dependent (Will alert/confirm all candidates up to 3 days prior) ***SHIFTS CAN RUN 12 - 16 HOURS EACH STORM***

Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Shovel all snow to specific areas.
  • Ability to lift heavy snow, bend and stand long hours on your feet.
  • Must dress warm, suggested to bring extra clothing.
  • Must have snow boots, gloves, hats.
  • Must pack your own meals/snacks for breaks.
  • Depending on storm severity, the company is willing to put workers in a hotel for the night if unsafe to drive home.
  • Will be throwing salt/ice melt
**There will be a secure place provided to all employees to keep their belongings**
