Job Description
Lingo Staffing is Now hiring for Slitting Line Operator in Akron
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Days: Mon - Fri
Pay: $14-$16.00 DOE
Short Description:
• Prefer 1-3 years’ experience in a processing/manufacturing environment, preferably in steel processing or machine operation manufacturing.
• Prefer basic knowledge of production and processing of coiled steel and or aluminum.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms. Ability to consistently obey all work and safety rules.
• Possess excellent mathematical skills.
• Prefer prior crane operation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
