Job Description


Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Skilled Machine Operator – CNC Finning in Minerva, OH

Shifts Available:
Day Shift Options:
  • M–T 5:00am–3:30pm (4x10)
  • M–F 5:00am–1:30pm
  • M–F 7:00am–3:30pm

Night Shift:
  • S–T 9:00pm–5:00am (+$1 shift differential)


Pay: $17–$19/hr (Based on Experience/Shift)
Short Description
Operate McElroy CNC finning machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality fin tube production.
Requirements
  • CNC or advanced machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read prints and use precision measuring tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Ability to perform shop math and operate hand tools
  • Must be willing to comply with a national background check
  • Must be willing to comply with a drug screen
