Are you very organized and detail-oriented with strong computer skills? We’re looking for a Shipping Clerk to join a fast-paced cabinetry manufacturing team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and keeping shipping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, print, and apply shipping labels for outgoing orders
Label boxes and verify shipment contents against packing lists
Process shipments using internal software systems and create Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
Maintain accurate, well-organized shipping records
Perform general shipping and receiving administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding shipment status
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred
Strong computer skills; experience with shipping software required
Ability to generate labels, BOLs, and other shipping paperwork accurately
Very organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills
Manufacturing or cabinetry experience a plus
