We are currently hiring a Seasonal Operations Supervisor for a high-volume warehouse facility in Charlotte, NC. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to lead and support key warehouse operations during peak periods.Position Summary: The Seasonal Operations Supervisor will assist in the daily supervision of warehouse activities including staffing, safety, productivity, and workflow. This role is ideal for someone who excels in team leadership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can ensure smooth shift operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse functions such as receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing company safety policies.
Support training and onboarding of new associates during peak season.
Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse associates during the shift.
Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and other supervisors to align goals.
Respond quickly to workflow challenges and help implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work overtime and adjust to shifting priorities as needed.
