Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Screen Press Operator in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!
Screen Press Operator – Responsible for operating and maintaining screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products. This role ensures all jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with production standards. The position is based in a manufacturing or print-shop environment and may involve exposure to ink, chemicals, heat, and machinery.
Pay & Scheduled:
$18.00 & UP (Based on Experience)
1st Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM - 5:30PM
Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Must have 2 years of experience as a screen-printing or press operation.
Set up and operate manual or automatic screen-printing presses
Load and align screens, inks, and materials according to job specifications
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment throughout production
Perform adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain quality output
Clean and maintain presses, screens, and work areas
Follow all safety and quality control procedures
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Set up press machines, including adjusting settings, installing dies, plates, or rollers.
Report on equipment issues or defects to supervisors
Ability to read and follow job tickets and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
