Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Returns Specialist in the Paul's Valley area! Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - FridayPay Rate: $15.00 per hour Job Summary:Efficiently process returns by inspecting items for damage or defects, accurately documenting return reasons, and coordinating with customer service to resolve issues. Strong communication skills and collaboration with team members are essential. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Requirements:
Receive returned items and inspect them for damage or defects.
Document return reasons and condition of items accurately.
Coordinate with customer service representatives to resolve return issues.
Communicate with suppliers or manufacturers regarding defective products or quality issues.
Skill Set:
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
