About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to support and grow our presence across the Northeast U.S. and key industrial regions of Eastern Canada. This is a true growth-focused role centered on business development and account expansion — not account maintenance.
This role is field-intensive and requires consistent in-person customer engagement across the territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or industrial machinery, reside within the Northeast territory, and be able to travel up to 70% as required to effectively manage and grow the region.

Drive new business development across the assigned territory
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
Expand existing accounts through consultative selling
Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and events
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Partner with internal engineering and support teams to deliver solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Required
3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Must be able to travel up to 70% for customer visits, trade shows, and regional coverage
Background in manufacturing, industrial machinery, cutting tools, grinding technology, or related industrial sectors
Proven success in new business development and closing
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to sell technical solutions
Must reside within the Northeast territory (near an airport)
Territory: Northeast U.S. (ME, VT, MA, NH, CT, RI, NY, NJ, WV, PA, VA, DE, MD, DC) + Key Industrial Corridors in Quebec & Ontario
Travel: Up to 70% (Required)
