Job Description
Harper Corporation of America, a global leader in anilox roll manufacturing, is seeking a Quality Inspector in Charlotte, NC. The inspector ensures products meet company and customer standards through inspection, measurement, and accurate documentation.Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Record results, document non-conformances, and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection records and follow ISO 9001 quality procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required, technical training a plus.
  • 1+ year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork skills.
