Lingo Staffing is now hiring Quality Control in the West Palm Beach, FL area to start ASAP!
Quality Control - Responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality of incoming/outgoing materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality output and supporting continuous improvement efforts across operations.
Pay rate: $21.00 Hourly
Scheduled:
Monday – Friday: 12:00PM – 8:30PM
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Must have 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician.
Perform regular quality checks during all stages of production.
Document and report inspection results accurately.
Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials or products.
Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain clean and organized records of test results and quality data.
Follow company and industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic math and computer skills (MS Excel, data entry).
Has a strong technical knowledge of chemistry in the following areas: cementitious chemistry, epoxy liquids, latex, and/or any product lines.
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
Provide and ensure batch adjustments are meeting expectations; based on QC lab batches performed. Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
