Quality Control Manager – Lead our quality assurance and operational processes. This role ensures products meet the highest standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Lead facility-wide QA/QC operations and maintain the Quality Management System
10+ years in quality operations (food, beverage, or dietary supplements)
5+ years in a quality leadership role
Ensure compliance with cGMPs (21 CFR Part 111; 210/211 where applicable; ISO 22716)
Manage FDA, state, and third-party audits and inspections
Review and approve MMRs, BPRs, COAs, and product releases
Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
Manage supplier qualification and Approved Supplier Program
Lead deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA
Train and develop quality and production teams
Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and audit management
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer/math skills
Ability to stand, squat, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs
