Lingo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination activities. Hours: 7a-4p Pay: $20/hr Responsibilities:
Assist with vendor sourcing, quotes, and order placement
Prepare and track purchase orders from placement to delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist with physical counts
Maintain purchasing records, process invoices, and prepare reports
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and AP teams
Help resolve vendor issues such as delays or discrepancies
Qualifications:
Previous purchasing experience preferred
Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
