hours are 5am - 5pm work one week is 36 hours one week is 48 hours

Responsibility
· Maintaining facility operations; resolving employee concerns
· Ensuring the adherence of all company, supplier and regulatory standards and any/all tasks that are requested by the Plant Manager.
Job Summary
• Coordinating among all departments and issuing a nightly operations report.
• Assign duties to personnel and examine work to ensure adherence to established product quality and personnel safety standards.
• Delegates work assignments and assists troubleshooting operational problems.
• Perform hourly checks on all aspects of the facility including, but not limited to, temperature checks, employee functionality, machine efficiency, PPE compliance, perimeter security compliance, etc.
• Ensure local level, corporate and regulatory rule/regulations and policies are adhered to.
• Fill in when shorthanded in any/all departments.

• Team building skills for overall facility unification of employees.
• Knowledge of Dairy Plant operations including HTST, CIP and fillers.
• Self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education/Experience Required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in dairy plant production or related field Plastic bottling/ injection molding experience a plus
