Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Production Utility Worker (Fast-Paced Material Movement) in Barberton, OH Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Days: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays as Needed) Pay: Starting at $18/hr (Based on Experience)

Requires constant movement and material handling throughout the shift

Short Description We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Production Utility Worker role in Barberton, OH. This position supports production by moving materials, assisting operators, and maintaining workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, speed, and the ability to stay active throughout the entire shift. Responsibilities
Move materials throughout the production floor using pallet jacks
Support machine operators and production teams
Maintain flow of materials to ensure continuous production
Assist with cleanup, organization, and general floor support
Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move continuously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-stop environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Team-oriented with strong work ethic and reliability
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Drug Testing Requirement Must be able to pass a full spectrum hair follicle drug screening Physical Requirements This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
