Lingo Staffing is seeking a Production Specialist 1 in Florence, TxProduction Specialist 1 will be responsible for multiple production dutiesShift: M-TH 7a-5:30pPay rate: $17Job Duties:
Incoming and in-process visual inspection of products and materials.
Packaging and labeling of finished product.
Palletize orders for shipment.
Storage and re-stock of packaging materials, including use of forklift and stairs.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Complete physical inventory counts as required.
Package and move finished product, to facilitate Production operations.
Ammunition loader
Collection of spent brass from onsite pistol/ rifle/ shotgun ranges
Employee must be willing to discharge firearms in a controlled and safe range environment.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is key
Serve as a floater in other departments as needed
Will be trained in on every process

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to physically lift 40+ pounds repeatedly over an extended period each day.
Flexibility to work 10-12 hours per day (not to exceed 40 hours per week)
Experience in small warehouse operations (preferred but not required)
Experience with ground and LTL shipment processes (preferred but not required)
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or proven track record of success using LEAN principles. (preferred but not required)
