What You’ll Own
Lead daily production across lab/manufacturing operations to hit quality, safety, and delivery targets (including 48-hour delivery guarantees).

Coach, mentor, and grow a diverse team—building skills, confidence, and accountability.
Bridge craftspeople and automation: champion human-centric automation from concept through implementation.
Convert technical systems into clear, adoptable processes across the floor.
Own throughput, on-time delivery, and rework/waste reduction against key KPIs.
Champion safety culture (OSHA-aligned), engagement, and ownership at every level.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to align production with business goals.
What You Bring
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related) OR equivalent hands-on technical experience.
5+ years in production/operations management within manufacturing.
Proven experience with process optimization, quality systems, lean/CI (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
Strong communicator who explains complex ideas simply and collaborates well with non-technical teams.
Track record of mentoring teams through growth and change.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, AutoCAD, and modern production tools.
Bias toward action, high ownership, and respect for legacy craftsmanship.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety program management.
