Production Maintenance II Shift: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday Pay: $19 per hour Job Duties:
Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield.
Perform equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure the building is properly maintained.
Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
Job Requirements:
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
