Lingo Staffing is now hiring for various production positions in the Norman area! Pay: $14 Shift:
1st shift 7:30 am to 5 pm
2nd Shift 4 pm to 2 am
Overview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our ice production team. Various positions are available within the plant, all contributing to the manufacturing and packaging of ice in a freezer environment. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality production while adhering to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the manufacturing of ice in a controlled freezer environment.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain food safety and quality standards.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by adhering to production processes and meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Accurately record daily labor and production data.
Perform tasks with diligence and care to ensure the highest quality product.
Physical Requirements:
Saw Area: Frequent lifting of up to 65 lbs.
CNC/Sphere Operators: Frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs.
Packaging Room: Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment for extended periods.
Commitment to following safety and quality procedures.
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as required by the specific job area.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on continuous improvement.
