Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Associates in Bethany, CT. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available. ***Must have machine operator and forklift experience and be able to work in a dusty environment (masks provided)*** Payrate: $18/hour Responsibilities include:
Operate machines, prepare materials for orders, and manage production schedules while following safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of the worksite by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing debris.
Prepare materials for the next shift to ensure a smooth handoff with minimal downtime.
Ensure product quality by verifying raw materials, collecting samples, and making necessary adjustments.
