Job Title: Pressure Washing Team LeadLocation: Rock Hill Reports To: Operations Manager / Field Supervisor Job Type: Full-time | Hourly Pay: $18 or more Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and experienced Pressure Washing Team Lead to oversee and participate in residential and commercial pressure washing services. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality service while managing a small team in the field.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a crew of 2–4 team members on daily job sites
Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure job sites are completed on time, according to specifications, and with minimal disruption
Communicate with customers on-site to confirm job requirements and satisfaction
Train new team members on safety procedures, equipment use, and cleaning techniques
Inspect completed work for quality and resolve any issues or customer concerns
Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are clean and in working condition
Complete job reports, time sheets, and other administrative paperwork as needed
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience (required)
1+ years of team lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and climb ladders
Familiarity with soft wash systems, surface cleaners, and commercial cleaning chemicals
Preferred Skills:
Experience in power washing for roofs, driveways, siding, and commercial buildings
Knowledge of water reclamation practices and EPA compliance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, occasional weekends depending on job volume
