Job Summary
Lingo Staffing is hiring pre-Sorters. In this role, you will sort, organize, and prepare mail and packages for processing and shipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Sort mail and packages by ZIP code, route, or destination.
Prepare mail for automated processing equipment.
Load and unload mail trays, bins, and containers.
Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required.
