Follow all principles and practices of the powder coating application
Prepare parts and products for coating
Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures/lines
Wrap and prepare product for shipping
Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility
Ensure production deadlines and goals are met
Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor
Operate and maintain machinery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ability to pay close attention to details
Familiar with all safety procedures and guidelines
Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in factory or warehouse is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs).
Prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Work Environment:
Full-time position with regular hours; occasional overtime may be required.
Warehouse or workshop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and other typical conditions.
