Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Powder Coater/ Blaster in Roanoke, VA. Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1:30am Monday - Thursday once trained. Training takes place on 1st shift for 1 - 2 months. *Training: 7am - 3:30pm with OT as needed*Pay: $17 - $19 / hour DOE The Powder coater/ blaster is responsible for abrasive blasting for steel, custom wet paint, and powder coating. Requirements:
Experience in powder coating/ blasting
Must have basic math skills
Must have experience with reading Micrometers, Calipers and Tape Measures
Attention to detail
Some heavy lifting required
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
We are seeking candidates who have held the title of: Metal Finisher, Fabricator, Steel Worker.
