About Us: Lingo Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of staffing and workforce management solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with powder coating experience and some carpentry skills to join our team for the 3rd shift in Dahlonega, GA.
Job Description: As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various surfaces and assisting with carpentry tasks as needed. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Apply powder coatings to metal surfaces according to specifications - Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking - Operate powder coating equipment safely and effectively - Assist with carpentry tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling wood components - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications: - Previous experience in powder coating preferred - Some carpentry experience is desirable - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Must be able to work 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday
