Lingo Staffing is looking for a Pasteurization Machine Operator in the Dallas, TX area! Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00pm - 4:30amPay Rate: $20.00 per hour Job Summary: The Pasteurization Machine Operator is responsible for processing, batching, and mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, adhering to strict production standards and regulations to ensure product quality and safety. Duties:
Operate pasteurization machines, including HTST pasteurizers.
Ensure machinery functions correctly and efficiently.
Monitor and control the pasteurization process to ensure milk reaches required temperatures.
Perform routine checks and record temperatures and critical control points.
Conduct quality tests on milk samples.
Regularly clean and sanitize pasteurization equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Follow maintenance schedules and report issues promptly.
Adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
Maintain accurate records of pasteurization activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with dairy processing staff to ensure smooth production.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality assurance teams regarding issues.
Requirements:
Prior experience in dairy processing or food production preferred.
Strong understanding of pasteurization principles and processes.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot pasteurization equipment.
Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in food production.
