Lingo Staffing is Hiring an Office Assistant in Hudson, OH! Schedule:
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: $17/hour About the Role: We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist for a Property Management Company in Hudson, OH. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and receptionist duties, including:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Processing mail.
Completing assigned tasks and providing general office support.
Additional duties as needed, with ongoing training provided.
Requirements:
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Physical ability to stand, crawl, lift, bend, and climb stairs as needed.
Comfortable working in an environment with dogs.
Must pass a background check and full-spectrum drug screening.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in clerical work, reception, or inbound call centers are strongly encouraged to apply.
