Lingo Staffing is Hiring: Mixer Operator – Cuyahoga Falls, OH Start ASAP!
Mixer Operator – Responsible for mixing rubber compounds according to production specifications and batch instructions. This position will operate industrial mixing equipment, weigh and load raw materials, monitor the mixing process, complete production documentation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Pay & Schedule
$16.50 per hour
Monday – Thursday - 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday’s Overtime Required as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties
Follow batch tickets and production instructions to mix rubber compounds
Operate industrial mixing equipment and monitor production processes
Weigh, handle, and load raw materials into mixers
Complete production reports and required documentation accurately
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Clean equipment and maintain a safe work environment
Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. continuously throughout the shift
Ability to climb stairs repeatedly during the workday
Comfortable working in an extremely dusty and dirty environment involving carbon black
Respiratory protection may be required
Must be medically able to wear a respirator when required
No facial hair permitted when respirator use is required
Ability to pass a national background check
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
