Job Description
Lingo Staffing is looking to hire a 2nd shift Line Support associate for a manufacturing company located in West haven, CT!
This role supports operators by supplying materials, assisting with machine changeovers, and helping maintain product quality.
Hours: Monday-Friday 3PM-11:30PM Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
• Deliver and restock raw materials and supplies to production lines
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and moving finished goods
• Inspect fabrics for defects and report issues
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
• Proven 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Forklift experience helpful (training available)
