Position Overview
The Print Operator will be responsible for operating digital printing presses and producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining strict quality and color standards. This role requires prior hands-on experience in digital printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
PAY: $22-28/hr Must Be Skilled
Key Responsibilities
Operate advanced digital printing equipment, with a strong focus on HP printing technologies
Produce high-quality printed products such as books, catalogs, and magazines
Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and quality standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on printing equipment
Work closely with production and prepress teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Required Qualifications
Previous professional experience in digital printing is required
Experience with HP digital presses preferred (HP 100K experience is a plus)
Education or training in a technical, printing, or graphic design field preferred
Strong understanding of print quality, color management, and production standards
High attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to work flexible or rotating shifts
