Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a Cadmium Plater in Twinsburg, OH Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $18 - $20 (Based on Experience) Short Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cadmium Plater for a metal finishing facility in Twinsburg, OH. This position involves preparing steel parts for plating, maintaining plating tanks and tooling, recording plating cycle data, and supporting a clean and organized production environment.
This is a hands-on role for candidates comfortable working in an industrial setting with plating equipment and detailed process requirements. Requirements
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Metal finishing or plating experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Comfortable working around plating tanks, racks, tooling, and process equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation. We are Seeking Candidates who have held the job titles of:
